"I went in to see about a few number 4 washers and some stainless screws to replace the ones I would be taking out. It amazed me that they had never heard of J.I.S. (Japanese Industrial Standard). They are the screws that look like Phillips but the are rounded at the spot where they they cross and is tapered but not to a point. Anyway you need that driver to use on metric bikes. I find it hard to believe they are certified by any motorcycle company or tech school. Needless to say the guy got upset when I laughed at his ignorance.....

"I first heard about A-Team through a friend and I thought I'd like to do business with a local dealer. So I dropped by when they were in the old shop and even there I was impressed with their knowledge and friendly welcome. Since then I have had tires changed on short notice and parts ordered and bought plenty of parts, all of which was to the best satisfaction you could get. Try that at a dealership!

"Going to the A-Team for service, sales or advice is like going to the cycle shops of old. They have the ability to focus on your concerns and give you the attention a customer deserves and comes to expect. I had a large project to do on my wife's bike and trusting her bike to just anyone to do the job was just not an option. I called on the the A-Team and right from jump street Kevin and the crew were there for me every step of the way offering me sound advice and money saving ideas. Not only did they work with me to make this a great Christmas surprise but they made themselves available on their day off so I could spring it on my unsuspecting wife. Everytime I called Kevin he returned my calls immediately if he was busy with another customer, again always working to earn my respect and completing the mission to "get it right" the first time which the larger dealers fail to do. You just cannot get the personal service offered at the A-Team from a large dealer/repair shop. If you have a need for sales/service before you call the rest, call the best......the A-Team."
